I am a Computer Scientist at the Network Inequality and Fairness Group at TU Graz in Austria, currently working on the NetFair Project, which aims to provide a novel complex network approach for tackling inequalities in society and algorithms.
I completed both my Bachelor’s in Informatics and Master’s in Computer Science at TU Graz. For my Bachelor’s thesis, I analyzed the Behavior of Problem Gamblers on Reddit. In my Master’s degree, I majored in Interactive and Visual Information Systems with a minor in Games Engineering, and wrote my thesis on Detecting and Characterizing Mental Health Support on Reddit.
My current research interests lie in Network Inequalities and Fairness. In particular, I am interested in Digital Humanism, Information Access, Digital Mental Health, and the broader impact of technology on human well-being and society. Outside of research, I enjoy hiking up mountains, climbing, playing tabletop games, immersing myself in video games, or simply relaxing with a good book.
