I am a PhD candidate in Networks and Information Technologies at the Open University of Catalonia and a member of the Complex Systems @IN3 (CoSIN3) research group. My work focuses on developing network-based approaches to study inequality, visibility, and collective behavior in cultural and historical systems.
Previously, I worked as a researcher in the ERC-funded MapModern project, where I analyzed historical correspondence networks from the International Institute of Intellectual Cooperation (a precursor of UNESCO) to study transnational cultural mediation and communication dynamics during the interwar period. I hold an MSc in Data Science and a BSc in Physics from the University of Valencia.
I am currently a visiting researcher at TU Graz within the Computational Social Science and Network Inequality group, where I study how the structure of collaboration networks among artists shapes visibility and success in the music industry. More broadly, my research focuses on minority–majority interaction dynamics and the emergence of inequalities in cultural production systems.
